Privacy & cookies

How we handle your information when you use this website.

This notice explains what personal data Cotton Farsala collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the contact form and the cookies the site uses.

01

Who we are

Cotton Farsala (Lamias 170, Farsala 40300, Greece) is responsible for the personal data described here. For any privacy question, email info@cottonfarsala.gr.

02

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email address, optional phone number, subject and message you provide, together with your IP address and language preference. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics to measure site traffic; you can decline this in the cookie banner. We run no advertising trackers.

03

How we use it

We use this information solely to read and respond to your enquiry. Submissions are delivered by email to info@cottonfarsala.gr through our email provider and stored in our database so we keep a record of the conversation.

04

Legal basis

We process your details based on your consent (the box you tick on the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and protecting the site from abuse.

05

Cookies

Essential cookies keep administrators signed in to the private admin area, and the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection (which may set a cookie strictly to tell humans from bots). Only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner do we load Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure traffic; decline and none are set. We use no advertising cookies.

06

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the site: Mailgun (to deliver your contact message by email), Cloudflare (Turnstile, spam protection) and — only with your consent — Google (Google Analytics, to measure traffic). They process the data on our behalf.

07

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete them.

08

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to restrict or object to its processing — email info@cottonfarsala.gr and we will respond. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA).
