Cotton Farsala is directed by an elected board representing its producers, supported by working groups for agronomy, quality and traceability.

How we manage
Our management works on three levels.

Lower input costs
Developing and applying innovative practices to control and reduce agricultural inputs, lowering members' cultivation costs.

Higher product quality
A shared production protocol developed by our Quality & Certification department — the standard with which we position in the market.

Stronger grower income
Advocacy to support and increase the income of cotton growers.

Working groups & partnerships
We take part in the Cotton Interprofessional Organization and run a Business Plan for the development of the group, submitting proposals to development measures of the Rural Development Programme (PAA 2014–2020).
